I'm wondering if someone can help me with this. Every time I turn on my webcam, Explorer refreshes and all my sound turns into a chaff noise until I restart my computer. I haven't bothered hooking up my webcam since it started doing that so I feel the money I spent on the camera is going to waste.

Does anyone have any idea why it would cause those problems?
