It's simple for me: I play a game until I've completed it, then I delete it and install a new one. The advantages are that I don't feel overwhelmed by too many games and don't have trouble deciding what to play. It also 'forces' me, in a positive way, to keep playing and finish a game before starting something new.I'm nearly running out of space on my stock PS5. Don't think I've had it a month.
What are folks doing to extend storage?
I actually like this idea. I may invest now so I can have that netflixs feeling. ThanksGot a 1TB NVME SSD installed and a 5TB external HD. The Pro will come with 2TB of internal memory, so I wont need to upgrade any futher for now. I have plenty of games installed at once to get that Netflix of gaming library fix, but I'll be getting a 4TB NVME next gen for the PS6.
It's just a convenience thing. Discs still need to be installed it's not like you can put in a disc and start playing immediatelyGames on discs.
I mean, how many games do you really need installed AT THE SAME TIME?
I'll also note, I keep a few simple games installed always like Galaga, Ms. Pac Man, Doom 1 and 2, and Quake 1 and 2. These total less than 10GB. I focus on one 'big' game at a time and delete it when I'm through.I almost filled the default storage once. I deleted some installed games and saves. I also noticed I had 3GB of the the stupid pictures the systems takes every time you get a trophy. Deleted those too. My internet is fast enough that even big games only take about 90 minutes to download so it doesn't bother me too much.
