I'm moving on Sunday from a 1 BR to a huge 2 BR. Same building so easy move.

The only bright spot of this pandemic is that it crashed the prices on leases in condos downtown.

So we are ending up with 1000 Sq ft at what would have been an unheard of rate pre pandemic. My city is rent controlled too meaning they can't jack it up again.

Excited considering we are on full lockdown. I can't wait to have more space.

Knowing what flexibility I will have in moving. We've been 100% remote since the pandemic started so I am hoping my management allows me to go full-remote (or 2-days in the office per week, since this gives me the flexibility my wife and I want) but either way having clarity on this regardless the answer will be the biggest weight off my shoulders.
