Friday, Pulp Fiction and Trainspotting have to make up the top three. I'd say T2 and make it four but all of its lines are so cliche that nobody quotes them anymore.

Other good choices: Princess Bride and anything from Monty Python.

Princess Bride is also really good. Hell I haven't even seen the full movie in english.
