Great combination. If you want to use your degree to make damn good loot, start taking actuarial exams while you are still in school. Actuaries work with stats everyday:

I suppose I should mention that I sort of started off as a CS major-wannabe. But Calculus kicked my ass (twice) and the java class was fucking brutal, and it occurred to me that spending the majority of my waking hours staring at a computer screen punching away code wasn't how I wanted to spend my life. Not even sure how I ended up even considering a CS degree.....I suppose my dad pushed me into it, and I just went along since I had no fucking clue what I wanted to do with my life (wait, I still don't). Then again, he's the kind of guy who spends his weekends beating off to all the computer problems he solves in the basement on the crappy computers that nobody uses. I suppose my only ambition in life is to not end up like him, and quitting CS was a good start.
