Do you enjoy dried sausage on its own, or do you pair it with other foods like, cheese, bread, mustard, or wine ?

You can enjoy it on its own, you can make a sandwich with butter and pickles, for drink either lager, ale or red wine (cold rosé wine during summer).

We also have hazelnut dried sausages (the best IMO), walnut, cheese (there is a lot of them) dried sausages, also duck, chicken, boar which are mixed with pork sausages.
