I need to find a specific ep of what I think was Ally McBeal. What I remember is some guy coming up with the idea of a store with bottled water only. He describes the idea to some woman, she buys it and then I think Ally says "He doesn't have to work another day in his life" or something very simular.

Ok, the thing is I have an idea, an invention if you like, and I'd like to sell it. :P It's probably already been thought up, but if it hasn't what would be the best course of action to make money of this thing?

I have seen such a thing in "Bull". The guy got 5 million for this idea because some woman loved the idea or something.

Pretty weird that something similar was on dutch tv a few days ago. We are ages behind with the US when it's coming to television shows..

Ok, What's "Bull"? Need to find the specific ep you were watching, as I think that's the one I watched too. :) Same here btw, Sweden's way behind the states too.

Bull is a series in a wall street setting. A few people quit from a big company and decide to begin their own.

Don't know exactly in which episode it took place. I think it was in either episode 6,7 or 8 of season 1. The episode guide isn't good enough to be sure..

Damn you Philips! :lol It's true as they say, when you think you've thought up something new someone's already done it. :P Read in a computer mag today that Philips announced 'the worlds largest mp3 player', a TV with built in USB support that could play mp3 and show pictures. It also could recognice portable USB storages such as mp3 players and USB sticks, wich was what I thought up. Though my idea was to implement it into stereos and such, making your big, stationary reciever a full fledged mp3 player just by plugging it in.
