What were the oldest "leftovers" you've ever eaten?

Time ta STEP IT UP
One night I got some Chinese food. I get the same meal everytime (Garlic Chicken, Fried Rice, and some kind of Meat on a stick or something). It was delicious, I stored the leftovers into the fridge and forgot about it for about 3 weeks.

3 weeks later I got Chinese food again... tasted great, tossed it into the fridge for later consumption.

The next day my brother at the chinese food I had gotten the night before... but I didn't know. I opened the fridge, saw what looked to be one-night old chinese food was actually 21 day old chinese food. Didn't even bother to take a whiff because, come on guys, let's get serious, this food is only a night old. Am I right? Yah, I'm right.

Wait, no, WRONG!!!!!

I got food poisoning and just about choked my toilet with a bombardment of my unprocessed chinese food. I swear to you guys that I could feel the rice coming out, and moment later, the chicken was on it's way.

Uh, yeah, when you begin to describe the texture of your vomit, that's probably too much info.

And do frozen foods count?

Are we just talking refrigerated leftovers? Because I freeze stuff and eat it months later.

I had 3 week old roast beef (deli-style) once. I didn't throw up, but boy did I have the shits that night.
