What's going on with my browsers?

Golden Domers are chickenshit!!
This has been happening for quite some time, and I am at a complete loss to explain it. Occasionally when I go to various websites, such as youtube, they end up looking broken, like this:

Off the top of my head I can remember this happening to Youtube, ESPN.com, and IMDB. If I wait about 15 mins the website will "reset" and look normal. I've tried clearing my temporary internet files to no avail. I'm running Vista. Any ideas?

And for the "LOL internet explorer" crowd, it happens in firefox, too:

the FBI are hacking into your account. :(

edit: Download CC cleaner and give that a go. I had a similar problem while ago and i think by memory that i ran CC cleaner and the problem was solved.

you should run CC cleaner daily imo :)

double edit: or it could be your connection?

Thanks, I'll try that. It's intermittent nature is driving me crazy.

Can anyone tell me why some pics don't show up on me in Firefox? The links vary, sometimes it's from photobucket, others are streamed from random sites. Even when I clear my whole adblock list the pics don't show up :\

Why is it that on Safari for Mac, when I am loading tabs in the background, the page I'm on refuses to scroll for a few seconds? It really irritates me.

This also happens to me on occasion. Free Photobucket accounts are messed up on their own, but sometimes people put images from other sites in threads and all I see is nothing, not even a red X.

Last time this happened I identified it was a direct link from IGN (link on the OP) and when I saw the pic on their site it got saved on cache and then appeared in the thread. It does happens with other sites, though, is this fixable?
