I'm just finding out about this now. Supposedly the last Samurai Shodown game, it will contain every character that has been in the ss series. Wan Fu isn't a muscle bound psycho anymore, but they do have Gen-An, Seiger, Cham Cham, and Nicotine back among others. Is there any word of a console release or any other good info? I'm dling media now. I have hopes for this game, as SSV was pretty decent. The roster makes me giddy.

Coming out for xbox, with xbl support

Play-Asia has PS2 preorders, so it's coming out. I skipped SSV completely (since SSVS appeared and everyone told me how much better than the original it was), so I'll be anxious to jump into this. Iroha looks really really cool and I'm loving the artwork and backgrounds.

Too bad it's still the 1996 SS3 sprites but hey, what can you do? First SS with 3D backgrounds and filtering at least. Judging by KoF03, it's gonna look mighty good.
