Nurse I used to work with and I had this discussion. Historically, small dicks have been seen as a sign of intelligence and prudence. A sign that one is above such primal pleasures as sex.

Conversely, big dicks are seen as animalistic, primitive. A lesser being that's only contribution to the world is its ability to mate.

Of course, this way of thinking doesn't make much sense. Human dicks are actually really big for our body size. Most animals our size have much smaller peens. I think gorilla dick is like 2in. max when fully erect?
