1) Stone Cold "Glass Shatters - Disturbed" Variant
2) Gangrel Theme
3) Edge's "Metalingus" Theme
4) D-X's Original Theme/"The Kings" Variant
5) Hulk Hogan's "Real American" Theme
 
The Motörhead version is awesome, different tastes I guess.

It's a relatively good wrestling intro song, it has a distinctive start and works. Ten years of the Motörhead version makes it so boring though!

As for how much he used the DX version, Wikipedia says it was for one PPV only but I was also recently treated to a Smackdown clip from 2001 (???) where The Rock guest referees a match between him and the British Bulldog, and he totally used it there, so there's probably a couple of unrecorded instances. Same gimmick though with the lights and the water battle and what have you.
