I just wieghed myself and apparently I've lost 10 pounds since Saturday. That's a new personal record. Now to gain it all back again with Christmas junk food.

I've only been eating carrots and other vegies all week... just haven't had an appetite for some reason. Then I thought some running would give me back my appetite, but it hasn't. Been running 5 miles everyday.

That's damn fast Olimario.

Did you just not eat or something? My lord. Maybe i just wont eat or something.
Man thats just crazy. My record was 8 pounds in three minutes.

8 lbs in 3 minutes? And I'm the crazy one ^_~

(I'm assuming you meant months) =P~

It wasn't entirely intentional. It was more a result of my schedule. I was already on a diet that previous summer, so I limited my intake to a lot of healthy foods. Fall quarter swings around and I enroll in weight training and jogging classes. Every Tuesday and every thursday morning I'd workout for one hour, from 7am-8am. Then, directly afterwards, I would jog/sprint for an hour (the coach recommended that if the students couldn't keep up, that they could walk). I chose to jog the walking sessions and sprint the jogging ones.

Not only that, but everyday that week I would rehearse and teach the candidates for the dance team for four hours every night, from 6pm-10pm. In between the workout and teaching/rehearsal I had school more than full-time and a part-time job on the weekdays + weekends. I never allowed myself to eat fast food, only small fresh fruit snacks and a rice bowl for a treat if I was starving (That was usually in the morning, I worked out before I ate any breakfast).

im going on a diet next year starting january 1st. :D

not the way I look I have a problem with its the fact im completely unfit, in 19 years old I should not be so slow and tired. :(

I don't understand how we measure the amount of fastest time, so I'll list the normal:

Week: 5

Month: 15

Overall (11 months): 90

Five pounds in two days. I barely drank anything. It wasn't cool. I want to gain weight. I'm 6'3" 200.

75 in about 9 months. The fastest was 30 in a month.

And it's funny, I've gone back to my regular eating habits, and I'm still losing weight. Gooo metabolism!

40 pounds in 4 weeks. I was eating a lot of food, too-- just healthier food. I also didn't eat anything except for maybe a couple of grapes after 6:30 PM and only drank water. Oh yeah, and I was on the stationary bike at the gym ~3 hours/day plus I played basketball frequently. :p I'm fortunate in that I tend to be able to gain/lose weight fairly quickly.

I lost 52 pounds in a month and a half in June-July. I noticed I had gradually become overweight and decided I would have to change that. So, I just started eating small meals in 48 hour intervals.

All of this blows my mind. I weigh 135 lb., and that hasn't changed for about 5 years, if not more. I can't remember when I weighed 125. Every time I get on the scale, it's just a pound or two off.

I get the feeling that when my body catches up with me and I start to balloon up, I will be utterly powerless to stop it.

21 pounds in three weeks. I wanted to get thin for a cousins wedding. My motivation was to deprive them of the opportunity to talk shit, like some relatives tend to do. It worked I guess. I gained fifteen of those pounds back though.

edit: brainfart. i accidentally put two weeks. that would've been nuts.

One week isn't a good measure for weight loss or gain, IMO. Bathroom and eating habits can affect weight a lot on a day to day basis. I drink a ton of water, so I always weigh myself in the morning after going to the bathroom. By that time, most of the water is out of my system.

The fastest I've ever lost weight was probably over about three months. I lost 40 lbs. I'll probably be trying that again, 'cause I've slacked off quite a bit.

~30+ in a month. Wasn't healthy, I don't recommend it, but I had some determination and slowing my pace would've probably stopped it.

40 pounds over 3 years, most of the gains came in the first 6 months but i've lost a few pounds and gained a few over the interim. Generally downward trend.

70 lbs in 3 months. 30 - 60 min of exercise each day and only a bowl of soup or one single sandwich to eat per day. Pretty much starvation.

I have lost 10 pounds in a couple hours, but that was for sports, and I gained some of it back in minutes from drinking water, so maybe this doesn't count.

Looks like I'm a contender for the top spot. 35lbs in 9 days. To be fair, some of that was my lung and blood, and I was eating through my wrist for about a week.

What happened Manabanana?

My right lung didn't form correctly, so I was born with air-filled cysts in the bottom 1/3 of my right lung. They didn't notice this until I was 15, so I had to go in and have surgery to remove the bottom lobe a few years back. They say it's more painful than open-heart surgery, but I wouldn't know; I had morphine. I was bed-bound for 8 of the 9 days in the hosptital, and I had ZERO appetite. I've kept about 15lbs of that off, so it was a great diet. I now am 6'3" and weigh about 165. "Skinny guys fight 'til they're hamburger."

My lung expanded to fill the space, so I'm in better condition now than before the surgery.

Glad to hear you're alright? And how old are you now? I've had one too many run ins with underage girls, I don't want to start having them with underage. Please tell me you're legal :).
