Because the whole movie series has become a meme now.
I saw this theory on Reddit. They said the early ones were absolute shit, but it was an easy template to run with. If it wasn’t manipulated, it should have been given how effective it’s been. All you have to do is let the creativity of the masses take over and they do your job for you. This is contrived and forced internet meme marketing that is spread in a timely manner before the next FF movie comes out.
It is not organic; it is robotic.
I'm not so sure about that. The whole family thing has become a meme for the franchise for years now. It's pretty much a common joke whenever people discuss the movies. You wouldn't need to start a campaign to create these memes anymore than you need to start a campaign for SW or LOTR memes. The series has just kinda become a parody of itself, which lends itself naturally to meming. This is contrived and forced internet meme marketing that is spread in a timely manner before the next FF movie comes out.

if u can't chuckle at this then you don't have a sense of humor
did it become too familyiar? It was funny for 3.5 seconds then immediately ran into the fucking ground.......for family *sigh*
It's the only one that got a smirk out of me indeed... and it's not using the "family" line.if u can't chuckle at this then you don't have a sense of humor
Honestly - I don't mind. People were joking about the family mentions in F&F films for many years and they're just capitalizing on that now.Yeah didn't felt like the meme grew organically. Really did felt like a guerrilla marketing.
