One Punch Man has a ton of great character designs in it, but what's your favorite among the heroes? If you haven't finished watching season 1 yet, then obviously get out of this thread if you care about spoilers.
One of the best moments in the show to me is when the S-Class heroes all gather at the meeting in HQ. You get great portraits out of each of the characters and a taste of each of their personalities.
Flirty and thirsty as fuck.
The humbled one. Initially when I started the show and saw his image I thought he was going to be the cool hardass, but he turned out to be completely different. He seems to be trying to find himself. Strong fighter, but he needs to learn to pay attention in a fight. He got sucker punched three times this season.
Snark
In stark contrast to the Class C Tank-Tops he seems quite and reserved. I wonder how many Tank-Tops are there in the association? Clearly, the Class C ones were inspired by him. The lighting on him is incredible here.
The reserved pretty boy that can't stand indecency.
He's in a fucking dog suit!
He's basically a buff naked black guy. The weirdness of it is diminished since Puri Puri Prisoner fights butt ass naked. Superalloy seems a little self-absorbed in his self image.
This one just had me shook the first time I saw it.
The only design I'm not thrilled about here. It's just okay. He appears to be either a cyborg like Genos or a straight up android. Like Metal Knight, he seems to be shrouded in mystery. He designs gives off a hard-edge to me, but that remains to be seen.
He appears somewhat normal, but that green hair and eyes makes me think he might be an actual zombie.
Proclaimed to be the world's strongest man.
Didn't show up to the meeting and only appeared in the meteor episode to test his new weapon. Genos is warned by Drive Knight that something is suspicious about Metal Knight, but really it looks like just about everyone in S-Class has some shit going on with them.
It's a damn kid.
The old sensei in the show. Wise and finds that Saitama is too good for the Hero Association.
Obnoxious, cocky, and bratty. The Terrible Tornado is the only woman in S-Class and the only female hero we've seen in the series. Her spot on the team is deserved as she clearly seems to be the strongest out the S-Class heroes we see. She takes out a Godzilla monster with a meteor like it was nothing.
The only S-Class member we never had a chance to see. Given how powerful Tornado is Blast has to be a G. We don't know if it's a man or a woman.
The S-Class looks like a group of interesting individuals, half of them are totally bizarre in appearance. But the higher rankings seem to lack some morals. Half of these people don't even stick around for the final battle which arguably could have destroyed the whole planet and I take the black guy's word that Tornado would kill one of her own teammates just because he made her mad enough.
Really good designs here. For right now I'll stick to S-Class and I think I'll go with Pig God just because of my initial reaction to him. He seems to be animated a lot more than the rest of the cast too.
