Whats your gaming status?

When I say gaming status, I'm asking do you...

- Play games less often than you usually do

- Play games more often than you usually do

- Or your simpily in the middle .e.g. play less some days or play more some days.,

Speaking for myself, I for don't play games as often anymore(though I do still enjoy gaming). There used to be days where I could go on and on for hours on a weekend, however things apparently have been taking a dive in the amount of hours I put in.

Play games every day, even if only for a few minutes. That's pretty much always been the case unless I didn't have access to a system. Even in the most stressful times, gaming for a short time relaxes me.

Playing more than usual here as well. I play for several hours a day, especially since school is out. Doubt it'll change when school starts later this month.

Depends. Halo 2 takes most, if not all my gaming time at home over XBOX Live. I bring NDS or PSOne to work every now and then, and replaying Castlevania: SOtN every Sunday morning.

MUCH more than usual...

I moved up to Michigan for a few months for work, so my friends are all back home. I go out with people from work from time to time and hit random bars and other joints, but outside of that, I do a lot of gaming in my free time. Fun change of pace.

Did some marathon sessions of BF2 but the last time I played that was last Monday. Been sick since then so I haven't even had the energy to play games, which sucks, as I have Everyone Loves Katamari Damacy sitting around with only the training level played.

Much less than usual. Working 50+ hours a week takes a toll on everything like gaming and social life. Tomorrow is my last night of work so next week, it will be much more than usual. I just got Super Robot Wars GC from Play Asia and am enjoying the hell out of it but with limited time, thats not really possible to play all the time.

I don't play games on the days I work. On days off, usually 2-4 hours.

I'm playing regularly, no more or less than usual. The bulk of my time is still taken up by the Internet, like always.

i hardly play anymore at all. I've only played my PS2 like once since i beat God of War in March, just a couple quick games of amplitude. My Xbox and GC have been sitting in the same pile of dust since Halo 2 came out. I think honestly i am done with gaming. There are only maybe 2 games i want right now left coming out on PS2 that i REALLY see myself buying (Guitar Heroes, Burnout Revenge and maybe Madden) but beyond that, i can't even get excited for the good stuff. Even the next gen systems bore me. It was a good ride boys. 15 years of being a hardcore gamer. But i think the dream is dead.

I'm in the middle, but the focus has gone away for the moment from Kingdom Hearts, Lumines, AC5 and the like to Nintendo 64 and GameCube games. StarFox and F-Zero titles.

I play games less than I used to - I played many many many many hours during the 16-bit era.

since 1997 when I got the internet, I spend more time reading and chatting about games than I do playing them.

I play much less often. In college I feel like i'm in limbo with gaming. For one thing, I'm a poor-ass college student, and another, I don't want to spend the time gaming when I could do something else. It's strange, but it used to be the number one thing to do when I was little. Now, I feel guilty playing games..i feel like i'm wasting time.

I like video games but I can't relate to the games nowadays. I don't agree with where the industry is going. Thus, I find myself playing less and looking foward to fewer and fewer games.

I'm on vacation since wednesday and my girlfriend isn't yet. So I spend the whole day playing games. Therefore I'm playing more than usual right now. It will change as soon as my girlfriend is on vacation too as we'll go and spend a week in Hungary and a few days in Italy.

less often than i did say 10 years ago.

i still enjoy gaming, but have less time to devote to it.

i also think my skills are diminishing, because i'm putting less time in. i remember in the last 2 gens i really mastered the games i enjoyed, but these days i just seem to finish a game then discard it :(

i miss practicing hard and becoming really good. next gen i'm definitely going to buy less games, so i can give more time to those i have.

I'm beginning to *really* enjoy playing DS and GBA games.
At the moment I'm too lazy to sit down in front of my tv...so I think I play less than usual.^^

I got a new TV since a couple of weeks and that made me play more games. I'm an occasional gamer though, I don't play all that much. The only time I really played a lot was when I used to play counterstrike a couple of years ago.

I would interject you need to engage in MUCH more rollin' with the friends back home 'cause they need a solid 4th for the Halo 2 crew.

If my soon to be wife isn't home, I'm gaming. If she's home, I'm probably not gaming. So it depends largely on how her work schedule compares with mine. At present I'd say I'm gaming a bit less than usual and my progress on a few games I going is showing it.

Less than usual. A two-hour commute is really starting to get me down, and with so many other things on in the evenings my gaming has mostly been limited to a little PSP action recently. I've already packed most of my current-gen games for an impending move that should reduce my journey to work to about half an hour - that'll probably give me more gaming time again. Probably.
