I need a good PIM to keep track of everything... cost or free

What, you mean like a Palm or Pocket PC? Or something like Outlook on your desktop?

Windows: Probably Outlook, with a good virus/spyware scanner. I recommend Trend Micro PC-Cillin.

Mac: Entourage, or Apple Mail and iCalendar.

Linux: Evolution.

There aren't many good PIMs out there at the moment. Now, if Novell would port Evolution to Windows, we might get somewhere.
