I'm looking to get a credit check for the first time on my own since I 'm going to be looking for a condo soon. I'm curious. What websites does GAF use to check their credit scores?

These days I just check the free one from my Discover account. They tell me every month what my FICO score is. That's enough for me at the moment.

Credit Karma is a good estimate.

I get mine from one of my credit cards, gives it to me for free along with the top two things keeping it down at that time.

Annual credit report is good to check first to see if there is anything negative on there and take care of it before getting your score.

So does Discover. I think they started about a year ago. Granted you have more then 1 score, but they are normally pretty close unless you have something really messed up going on.

Well as far as renting/buying an apartment or house....don't they typically only look at Experian? Atleast, I'm pretty sure that's the one that fucks me over when I got denials. All my other ones say I'm in the "fair range."

Credit Karma of a great free option but only gives you transunion. But I also get my experian score fromy discover card.
