Super Play is when you see someone playing a game in a manner that was not originally intended, i.e. when things have been altered ever so slightly, like making your game character jump higher than its supposed to. The key to good ones are when its barely noticeable.

There's also altering game footage to show off feats that would be impossible for anyone to actually pull off. The most famous example is that Super Mario 3 vis where the person gets 70 free guys in just one level. Its looks possible, but the guy behind it went to great lengths to make it look that way.
