I don't recall many importers from the days when I had my Japanese DC, but NCS doesn't carry the hardware any more, nor do Lik-Sang or The Rage. Anyone know who else may still carry them?

I'd prefer to avoid going the Ebay/used route, and the only new ones I've come across on there are the incredibly expensive special editions -- although if I had the money, one of the blue Hello Kitty units would be crazy-awesome.

You want a "NEW" import dreamcast cheap? Good luck! I think it would easier to score a U.S DC and use a $1.50 gameshark, no?

i was looking for one last year and had no luck whatsoever. ended up buying a new us unit and having it modded. although it's been giving me drive trouble anyway, so i might as well have bought a cheap used one. :/

Why the need for an "Import" system. Just go to a local game store, pay 14.99 for a used system and use a Utopia or gameshark disc.

No need to overpay at all.
