They require some sort of "Nintendo Desktop Manager" or something like that. At least when I had them.

At the top of that previously linked page, download the XP theme generator (it's on the top, to the right). In English, the little blurb says, "For Windows XP themes, you must download this Theme Generator." Clear enough (when you can read German, anyways ).
