I remember back when i got my xbox and just being in awe of wreckless. Nevermind most gamers out there thinking the gameplay was crap(imo it was good mindless fun), the graphics were amazing for a first gen xbox game. What 360 game out there will we just be wowed by? I'm guessing a combo of PGR3 and its mini game Retro evolved. Kameo looks good but eh. Maybe even an early next year title. Wreckless came out a few months after the 'box IIRC.

PGR3 is technically more advanced than any other game launching with the 360.

I don't think there are any super-shiny car games, but PGR3 looks much better than Wreckless.

Gears of war is possible but i dunno. even in all its splender it still looks like a PC game kinda. maybe its the whole FPS vibe.

I think there will be moments in literally every 360 game, from the ports to the true next-gen titles that you say "HOLY FREAKING CRAP"

Ooh good choice, I agree. Chromehounds gives that CG-type look that wreckless had going with its post-effects.

The King Kong forest level and the underwater levels in Kameo qualify as woah! moments.

I also said woah seeing the loading screen of Live and the cockpit view of pgr3 but I guess I'm easily impressed since everyone else is screaming 1.5.

Well I just finished that segment on the Xbox 1.0 and it had me saying woah so that's not really that impressive

J/K though I'm really impressed by the xbox version, the 360 version must be very very good indeed,

lol i was one of the unfortunate people to buy wreckless. The only thing that redeemed that game besides the graphics was the tank you could unlock. I spent more time rolling around in that tank blowing shit up then I did playing the actual game.
