Tried fixing that Chie gif. Probably not in-game perfect but at least her feet aren't floating all over the place as bad. Also got rid of the annoying pause from the other gif which was caused by an empty frame in the middle of the gif (which has me wondering if the animation is missing a frame).

This actually looks much better, although I've never personally seen the source material.

Yeah, I'm looking at the gif and there's a frame between when the skirt is flipped out on the right and when it's flush against her thigh. On the left it goes straight to flipped out and then against thigh without the inbetween frame. Her right foot also jump between those two frame.

I'm going to say the original gif is missing a frame as well as having the vertical position all wrong.
