There's no need to even vote here. According to Famitsu Sales: 12/9/24 – 12/15/24. [NSW] Super Mario Party Jamboree (Nintendo, 10/17/24) – 95,817 (701,543) and that's just Retail and Japan alone. We're waiting for numbers from the rest of the world, but it's unlikely anyone will catch up.

No big budget, no big marketing, no awards, no eye candy, release mid Octobre, not the best reviews = Still easily Mario Party, because it's great and unmatched coop fun.

Nintendo doesn't like to give numbers in intervals, usually they give final figures in quarterly reports. So we'll have to wait for exact figures. Considering that the last Mario Party, if I remember correctly, sold 12+ million worldwide, I think we can expect something around 4-5 million for the first quarter...

Super Mario Party: Jamboree, I'm expecting 6 to 6.5 million when we get their quarterly report for Q3. None of the others will reach 5 million, FF7 Rebirth probably second.

Mario Party Superstars shipped 5.43 million in it's first quarter, SMP Jamboree is tracking ahead of it in Japan and Nintendo Europe announced that it was the fastest selling Mario Party game ever in that region. It's looking like it will exceed 6 million.

That may be true, but that's not because Nintendo is the publisher.

Just like how many Sony games sell well but it's not because Sony is the publisher.

Both publishers have games that sell huge numbers and other games that hardly sell anything. Because the vast majority of people that buy video games don't care who the publisher is. They care what the game is.

If your argument is that millions of people bought Jamboree because they "buy any Nintendo first party game", then you have to explain why those same millions of people didn't buy so many first party games.

I think Echoes of Wisdom is certainly higher than Rebirth.
