My prof wants us to write an essay about this woman who runs a part time business out of her apartment selling and buying stuff online. She uploads and downloads pics of the items and is frustrated with her 56k. I have DSL and cable modem for two but she said to make sure they were all "viable".

T1 isnt viable. Wireless isn't viable either for her needs. What am I missing? Anyone know much about fractured T1 lines?

I don't see how the answer wouldn't be regular cable or dsl. If she's just upping photos to ebay, either will do, depending on if she can pay the $30 for dsl or $50 for cable.

40 for cable with faster speeds and no contract. Also, isn't that tax deductable?
