Going down the list:
- Eating a delicious meal when you're starving
- Not an instant feeling, the only instant is if you enjoy the food. Maybe I've never starved enough.
- Drinking an ice cold drink when you're super thirsty
- Instant and very satisfying but localised to the mouth/throat
- Taking a dump when you really have to go
- That relief affects your whole body
- Taking a piss when you really have to go
- Same as above but drawn out over the duration. Same same, but different.
- Laying down in a comfortable bed to go to sleep when you're super tired
- Not intense, but serene.
- Scratching an itch that has been incredibly itchy
- Low tier.
