FFVII/VIII (VIII in particular for making the classic theme sound completely new)
BoF IV, "Take the Money and Run" (western continent battles)
All four of the ones from Saga Frontier II

Lufia for sure. The first one also had great "Buy me buy me now!" music for each of its stores.

Honourable mention: Pokemon, because the last thing you hear is it's mournful cry as it sinks into the oblivion of unconsciousness. (The actual music is meh. )
