New Yorker article just repeats his tinfoil claims. New Yorker also did a really awful article about firearms recently this misstated basic history and the constitution, so I'm having trouble giving them a ton of credit anyway.

Tin Foil claims? They were staunch republicans, and for the case of Thomas Drake was being indicted by the state (if convicted would have resulted in 35 years in prison), only to have the charges dropped after 60 minutes ran a episode on his case.
