>Price war with the financially weaker sony
>create/fund your own inhouse studios
>purchase studios
>keep games exclusive to your hardware
>build up IP's, if talent leaves, use your wealth to search the world in order to find the best possible talent to replace the old
>Nothing wrong with being a stable third place (xbox 360), holding out until sony or nintendo do something stupid and exploiting that to cut into their market share instead of gambling it all on one gameplan/service has far greater longetivity
Obviously I do not run a multi trillion dollar corporation but these idiots are getting payed millions of dollars to destroy a company/brand and likely the lives of the thousands that worked under them
