Nope, official site says it's a guy name of Junichi Nakatsuru, he's worked on Soul Calibur II. He's credited as composer (or at least a composer, he may not be alone), sound director is Tetsukazu Nakanishi and music director is Keiki Kobayashi. The latter two worked with Okubo and Katsuro Tajima on AC4.
