When looking through my yearly budget and rifling through receipts, I collected the ones I spent on games this year - it was a good year for games, according to my wallet's current lack of good health. I then punched a few things into the spreadsheet, and found out who I gave my gaming dollar to this year.
Nintendo: 18 cents
Damn, those NES classics can add up - and had I gotten a DS this year, the cent total would have been much higher.
Namco: 17 cents
This number surprised me - and it would have tied or surpassed Nintendo had Katamari Damacy been any more expensive.
Konami: 15 cents
Metal Gear and DDR.
Sega: 15 cents
Mostly for Phantasy Star Online-related purchases.
Capcom: 8 cents
Street Fighter Anniversary, and the eventual Viewtiful Joe 2 purchase.
I gave a nickel each to Square (Front Mission 4 and FF:CC), Take-Two (GTA:SA), THQ (WH40K), Atari (Pirates!) and Atlus (SMT:N), and two cents to Blizzard for The Frozen Throne.
Best two cents evar.
So, anyone else want to put their money where their mouth is?
