i've no idea to be honest. All i know that although the age of consent is supposed to be 13, the prefectual laws make it illegal via a different method (something like "perversion of a minor" law rather than "underage sex" law - or something weird like that).

I really didn't think it was very good. It's mostly about corporate espionage, and I think the last 30 minutes stop making sense at some point or another. I dunno, considering we have cartoon porn involving girls being molested by monsters and Lovecraftian sex fiends; I find it really hard to say Bible Black is all that screwed up.
The main issues people seem to have is a brief incident of human sacrifice in the first episode, and the school nurse with the cock. I'm actually dissapointed in the recent trends of hentai. I actually preferred it when the majority was all demon-sex stuff like LA Blue Girl and Urotsukidoji. Now though, it seems that hentai has entered more of a S&M phase with most titles now revolving around nurses, schoolgirls (who are much younger looking now than in previous hentai) and torture, BDSM and doing stuff with excrement. Not my cup of tea.

I assume it's to compensate for the natural lack of penetration capabilities when dealing with two female participants. I know for live action porn I tend to prefer my lesbian content involve strap-ons or something other than gobs of cunnilingus and salad tossing. Fisting is a bit much. :X
