So I tried to reinstall Windows, I got the boot disc ready. However it still hasn't bode well. Everytime I do a system image restore it says the system image restore fails due to their being a different firmware. It says the system image was created using bios and my present system which I did the system image restore on is apparently EFI.

Take the advice in the thread, reformat and reinstall windows. Why haven't you done this?
I did. I bought a key of ebay, unplugged my non SSD HD's, formatted the HD, and it now seems to work well. I couldn't do a system image restore due to the reasons mentioned above but I was able to create a Virtual hard drive i think it's called to recover the old files. My PC seems to work mostly properly now though a few too many tabs on chrome slows shit down but it's not unusable like before. Activating windows seems to fail too.

You should have backed up the files you needed to some other media then reformatted. Everything else you just need to redownload and install again.
It seems to be fine. I can still access my files.
