The people who appreciated him were either fooled or paid.

I hope everyone sees that his tenure at Xbox not only is killing Xbox, but it also did wreak havoc with the industry as a whole, with his focus on business models and "brand loyalty" (he wanted to run a cult) he lost the plot a long time ago.
