I used to work in tje food industry. Grocery brands are downsizing their food sizes all the time to maintain margins and meet a given price point. I'm sure restaurants do the same thing. It probably IS smaller.

Hi-C when I was a kid was an 8 oz box. Now they are 6 oz. When they made the change they said "now with 25% less calories!"

Frito lays does it all the time in a cyclical way. Like the party size will shrink a little bit at a time, with a higher air to chips ratio. Then one day it gets to ridiculous and they shift the pricing and the bag sizes and put "now with x% more chips!" On each size.
