Wii-U - Amazon listing UK prices and launch date

What's hmv software prices like in store? I've just been to sainsburys and another asda and neither got any wii u stock. Hardware or software.

I don't really want to order online and have to wait for some games but definitely not going GAME.
 
Thought the Rayman Legends demo would be available at launch also. I guess they're syncing it with the ZombiU demo, still slated for first half of December.

It's finally installing the update. Must have took over a hour. What the fuck.

EDIT: You have got to be kidding me.
It's just done a huge update. I finally select Netflix. And it's saying it needs an update.
 
Just noticed amazon have reduced the price of Nintendoland by £10 now LOL.
 
I don't even get halfway down my hallway and the screen cuts out. I'd say about 10ft.

I do live in a bungalow with good quality brick walls.

Got my download code lol, might try trading in my copy of nintendo land tomorrow although they may not accept the barcode as it is a pack in.
 
Surprisingly enough HDNL came through for me. I also avoided the potential downers of missing Nintendo Lands and Gamepad stuck pixels.

I even got a Nintendo Land code in the mail, which I wasn't expecting.

Very happy with all of today's events.
 
Amazon sent me a download code for Nintendo Land. Even though I had the game in my box.

That's awesome. Makes me contemplate all-digital now.

Mine was still out for delivery and I got a code emailed to me. Amazon contacted hdnl for me since they seem to have no way of contacting them and my tracking info changed to this:

Me neither.

And getting a download code as a replacement for a missing physical copy is just totally unacceptable. It's like ordering a CD and getting MP3s instead. And that they alternatively demand that you send your whole Wii U Box back (with a strong possibility that you won't get your replacement before christmas) further adds insult to injury. The fact that I live in Germany and shipping back a Wii U to the UK would cost me a small fortune doesn't help either. With that demand, they just want everyone to settle with the download code.

My Wii U is out for delivery right now. I'm gonna be furious if "Nintendoland" isn't inside and I'll have to spend the entire weekend harassing people from India in the Amazon UK chat.

I hate you GAF. I'm totally contemplating getting one today while the wife is on vacation until tomorrow. Where's the best place to pick one up? Got an extra 3DS and PSP Go to trade in if I wanted. :S

PC World have the Premium Pack for £349.. but with the stores price promise guarantee that could be the best deal going on the high street.
