Killing innocents, stealing lands, burning people alive, etc... that is what is Haram but of course they and a bunch of ignorant people won't know the difference.

Pigs are just not consumble in Islam like other things that are prohibited like carnivore/omnivore meat or human meat... anything that is actually bad for you.

The animal itself was created by Allah and has its own purpose... that purpose for Judaism, Islam and some Christians is not consumption like cattle and other livestock. Dying by a pig or dying by pig greased bullets (look it up) will not change anything.

Boar hunting is no joke, too. Friend of mind nearly lost an arm from a wild boar charging. They aren't the cute, cuddly creatures some may think. They can weigh 200+ lbs and have razor sharp tusks.
