Just because a project is 6 years in the making doesn't mean many developers have worked 100% of their time on that project. E.g. sometimes it is just a long concept phase that is worked on while still working on other projects.
It just depends. No company would throw away 6 years of hard work.
We just don't know how much and what happened.

Does anyone remember a game where...well it was in first person I believe, and you're inside a cave and maybe there are werewolves or wolf like creatures in the cave? It looked like a horror game I believe. I cannot remember any details honestly.
