I heard on the radio today that Jada Pinkett Smith has a rock band that was apparently trying to book a spot on Ozzfest for a few dates. Not the whole tour mind you, but like 4 days or so. Even weirder, her agent told Ozzfest reps that the only way Jada would get on stage is if Will Smith was offered a slot to perform as well. Can you fuckin believe that? I'm going to try to find a link to this somewhere, but I'm totally not making this up. If this turns out to be bullshit, its the radio station's fault. Like I said, I'll try to find it somewhere though. I'll be back.

Blabbermouth says that she wanted Will to be on stage during her band's set. Quite a bit different from the earlier reports of wanting Will to have a slot all his own.

I've found no article that says this... All the articles I've seen simply say that Ozzie added Wicked Mission(her band) to the tour... some folks are pissed and that Will is actually now interested in trying to get in as well... with Jada saying something to the effect that he's been getting in to metal lately... even if he doesn't get on stage he is accompanying her on the tour.

Well... he actually does have a new song called Switch that's been getting lots of airplay... It's #8 on the Billboard Top 100 right now and it's #6 on the Pop 100 chart. New being a relative term... it's been playing for 3 1/2 months now.

Well, I can't find anything either and the radio station's site (http://www.wixx.com) doesn't have a news section. So, I'm going to call the jockey out on it and ask where he read that. I think its pretty damn funny and I'd like to be able to read more about it.
