This Hotfix addresses the following:

• Lower performance may be observed in some games after updating to Windows 11 October 2025 KB5066835 [5561605]

If you've got the latest w11 patch then you'll want this driver to slightly improve your gaming performance.
I tested before & after and gained 1 fps in the COD BO6 benchmark at 4K max settings. FYI.

Adding to this, intels, hps and others deiver bundled software that actuslly causes resl cpu/memory issues and sometimes even network related problems.

Aside from being security risks.

There's a new PowerShell script on Github. Removes almost all AI features and forces Windows to not re-enable them during updates.

And whatever it can't turn off or remove there's a separate guide to disable it yourself.

I did not know that Windows 11 outside of the EU, was even worse. What a pile of shit.
But at least, there is a way for users outside of the EU to benefit from some of the improvements this version has for all users.
