For the longest time I've been having a problem with WMP where with some videos the colors are all fucked up, like pink and green. Usually I just ignore it and download the video and play it in Winamp, but I have to use something online that has a bunch of pages with embedded videos and THEY'RE ALL FUCKED UP. God this shit pisses me off. Anyway, anyone know how I can fix this? It has nothing to do with what browser I'm using, btw.

you can try tweaking your video acceleration settings in Options>Performance Tab.

I had this problem and downloaded the newst verion of WMP and it fixed it. I never figured out what was causing it though.

To fix this Media Player problem, try to disable YUV flipping. Here are some step-by-step instructions:
1. Open a stream in the player.
2. Click "File" and choose "Properties".
3. Choose the "Advanced" tab.
4. Select "Video Renderer" from the list of filters in use and click the "Change" button.
5. Select the "Direct Draw" tab.
6. Remove the checkmark next to "YUV Flipping".
7. Close and restart the player and that problem should be alleviated. '
