Jalvarezv is my friend, Juan. He just got his GAF account activated and really wanted to play in the previous league.
I was out of town until now, and I'm up for games most any time by appointment with Hayami and kpop (I sent PM's).
Quick question, is the Wednesday deadline for these first 4 games this coming Wednesday, or next Wednesday? Still plenty of time, just wanted to be sure.

Note to Osorio: If you play any of your games before tuesday (hopefully that's likely) you won't be able to input your player stats....so just write down which players scored/got carded/had clean sheets, and I'll fix it by the second batch of games. I'll have your roster added by then.

Unsurprisingly, I can't get this game to connect. :lol The PS2 can connect to the network, but after "testing network environment" it says it's unable to transmit using UDP port whatever. I've been out virtually all weekend and haven't had much of a chance to sort this shit out. I'll basically have about four hours after work today to get it sorted...as long as it's an easy fix, that should be enough time. I think it's just a matter of adding some UDP port numbers in Windows XP due to the firewall on my router.

Go into the router settings and either set your PS2's IP as DMZ host, or you can go to playstation.com and search the support pages to see which ports the PS2 uses. To make it simpler, just plug your PS2 directly into the modem is that's possible.

Good action in both games. Lots of long runs. Knowing how you dominated me in season 2, I was terrified I'd fall two games back so soon in the season.

First game was awfull - I gave up two PK's lost 2-1 and played like ass. Second game froze on us after at about 68 minutes but was tied 1-1. We threw that game out and it ended up hitting the 1-1 score in the rematch and LB took the win with a late goal.

I am stunned as to how little depth Real Madrid has. The only substitute that I'm comfortable putting in offensively is Robinho and he has several failings: passing, shooting, and his low aggressiveness means he always gets knocked on his ass. Defensively, Real isn't much better. Ah well. The starting lineup is awesome. Unless there are down (gray?) arrows or scores of blue ones, no problem.
Rors, does that mean you could START playing at 10am PST and finish at about 10:50, or FINISH at 10am PST, meaning that we'd start at 9am? Let me know. I can just wake up early and then go back to bed afterwards.

Yeah.....Real lacks depth. Their D isn't that good to begin with, and their backups in all positions just stink. Robinho is fun to use, but he shoots like a drunk. Julio Baptista is the best non starter, but after that there's nothing. It's a crapshoot with them...as to your players conditions, and that's why in season 1 I was pestering Astro to change the condition settings from random to always normal, so I wouldn't lose Ronaldo..and thus lose my only chance at winning :lol
Also, LB: Did Ruud really score 2 goals in each of your games against Beatbox? I hope so, because I approved it, I'm just surprised. Since the scoreres (Ruud:2, Shev:1) were the same in both of your games I'm just making sure

So far so good guys. The only person I'm kind of worried about is Hayami, having only played one game so far. We've had 6 days... I said today was the loose deadline, so I'm going to release the next batch of games tonight. Let me know if you don't have the time or there's a conflict. I won't come down hard on you this week, but don't make me do so next week.

also: Osorio...if you want goal stats for your 5-1 game, you had better recall (or have written down) who scored them. The roster should be done in a few days, and I can add the scorers in if you just let me know.
edit new schedule up I like it....it looks pretty solid so far. only problem is mig facing jalv twice already, but it'll even out in the end, and their games were close anyway.

That first game really was crazy. Most scoring I have seen in a half. And 45 shots by the two of us??? Damn. Crazy Stuff. 2nd game even had 37 shots. On that note - my shooting was terrible in that second game. And giving up the same goal twice got under my skin

GGs LB. Thought you deserved at least a draw out of that second game with all those close shots at the end, if not a win. I couldnt believe that barrage didnt send one in, my d-pad thumb was killing me trying to hold on and defend all that. :lol NJ man, fun playing ya.
