Socreges just PM'ed me and said he was going to forfeit because he can't reschedule the match and doesn't want to slow us down. =/

Unless you can start our games at 10am or 11am PST tomorrow....

Things are kind of falling apart for me at the moment and Im being squeezed for time. I sent that pm, not wanting to be an inconvenience and thinking I would be forced out anyhow if I didnt volunteer a forfeit.

If you have those two hours free, lets play. Otherwise, Id rather not hold the end of this league and the World Cup back.

If not at 10 or 11 am tomorrow, how far in the future would it have to be? Do you simply not know? I'm to assume that if scheduling this match is so hard, that you wouldn't be able to play in the world cup, am I correct? I'd hate for it to come to this.

You've played over 25 games for the league, and to not be able to play the 2 or 3 final games is a real letdown....but as always, real life should come first.

I just have a number of things colliding at the moment and Im getting a little stressed out.

I could have a few hours on both monday/tuesday, but nothing is certain so I cant plot it out. I will definitely have time on thursday morning/afternoon.

One interesting note: I'll be heading to Victoria for a few days for the BC soccer provincials on friday morning.

Hmm, well it's up to whether or not you two can play on monday or tuesday. If you two play as late as thursday, and you (socreges) win, then that means we might not be able to play the finals until as late as next monday. I don't think Osorio has an instant messaging program, whereby you could reach him instantly on mon/tues...so I really don't think it'll work unless we get lucky.


Also: I asked Sef to reset the site so that I could prepare the WC stuff....so we'll probably just enter whatever game info happens from here on out just in this thread.

We had a surprise leading goal scorer in Claudio Pizzaro. An unlikely player to lead the standings, but he did so nonetheless. Two of the top 3 scorers on bayern..kudos should go to Huka.

Juventus was the leader in dirty play with the most carded players. Fabio Cannavaro had an astounding 3 red cards. Liverpool had their fair share of dirty play as well.

AC Milan led in both shots on goal and shots on target

GG, I don't know if it's because I haven't been playing as much recently but I kept making stupid mistakes on defense and offense. Those through balls were a killer and Martins is damn fast. Even then, I think it was right that I didn't win since I held you guys back by a whole bunch of games and got into the finals because Socreges didn't want to hold us back. So again, congrats and GG.
