From the anime series 'Sword Art Online' comes a Nendoroid of Asuna in her fairy form that was trapped up in the World Tree. She comes with three different expressions including her standard expression, as well as a joyful expression with tears in her eyes to recreate the scene she reunited with Kirito and Yui.

Her third expression is a pained expression, which also comes with creeper plants to display her tied up in the cage. Kneeling parts are also included to complete the scene in its entirety! Her expressions can also be switched with the original Nendoroid Asuna, allowing for even more possibilities!

creeper plants lol

So see, I can see why that would be, however the guy saying
"You could say that"
when asked about whether or not they traded in
food
is then mirrored when Kino calls them
slave traders, and the guy again says "you could say that." In the which case, you could say that they were slavers or merchants selling food, because both would be true. Of course, if I'm wrong, then the comment should be taken to mean "you could say that" because they had eaten the slave they were going to sell, in the which case it would be a more specific case of "you could say that" than I took it to mean.

Hmm.
My interpretation of those two lines was that the first "you could say that" (well, I'd translate the JP "sonna tokoro da" closer to "something like that") was really intended just as a way of dodging the question - the traders didn't want to out-and-out deny that they had eaten their cargo, since they had already implied that by drawing attention to the fact that it was gone, but they didn't have the balls to give a definite "yes" to the question on the spot either, as it would be a lie (their cargo wasn't intended for eating).

Then the second "you could say that", when asked if they're slave traders, I don't think was intended to echo the first - the JP at least is phrased completely differently ("sou to mo iu", which I'd translate closer to "that's one word for it"). It sounded more to me like the trader was simply going for a "we don't like to use such a nasty word" sort of attitude - a cocky way of acknowledging that yes, that's exactly what they are.

Bakemonogatari - 2

The first half of this episode consisted of Araragi (Or as AnimeGAF calls him, Arararararax99gi) and a naked to half-naked Hitagi, and there was not a single nosebleed from him, nor did he do anything your average everyday unlikable harem protagonist would do in that situation.

Good job show. Good job.

There was a really strange sense of tranquility during the ritual scene that I really enjoyed. I liked how different Hitagi's tragic backstory was. Maybe I'm over exaggerating here, but I don't usually see the kind of backstory where
a mother falls into a cult that allows one of the members to almost rape her thus causing the family to fall apart. Like, I've heard of backstories involving rape and family estrangement, but never to a degree like this before.
It felt really original compared to other tragic character backstories that I've seen recently. The out-of-nowhere live action bits were pretty jarring though. In fact, most of the visuals were so bizzare during that scene it felt like I was watching a-wait a minute.

*One Google search later...*

Yep. This is definitely a Shaft show.

So yeah I think I'm starting to see why a lot of people like this show around here.

Off to my friends house to watc animu.
I was thinking about perhaps watching part one of Robotic;Notes. Is it any good? I bought it regardless because Aki is a cutie but the premise of a mech robot club or whatever sounds cool and then everything is supposed to go to shit. It sounds fun.

The second ep felt somewhat like the first 3 eps of Sankarea where it's otherwise poor but propped up by some really good direction.

Except unlike Sanakarea, it doesn't completely lose track of what it's doing well after the first third.

I'm still just 8 episodes in, but I still don't find the Alice Game plot, and the things directly related to it, all that interesting. Fortunately, the show is mainly about the Jun you meet in episode 2, and all the dolls that show up feel like they're there to serve his development, rather than the other way around. And the direction remains very strong throughout.

So far, I don't think I'm enjoying it as much as its strongest proponents, but it's still enjoyable.

Maturity, bitches.
Are those life/hometown mousepads really comfortable or is it just fanservice? I found a place to buy them here, but it's kinda expensive.
Really? According to the envelope mine came in the value was £5. Man, I sure hope my "mystery" sender didn't spend more on me.

Uhm, what? I didn't watch the Persona animation yet so I may not be understanding this correctly.

Or maybe I am and they just didn't care?

So in episode 25
they beat Ameno Sagiri, everything is hunky dory and then we skip right to Yu on the platform. Then in episode 26 we fight Izanami and find ourselves there again.

Haha, Bombless and I were talking about this just yesterday. I think HLJ has another one for preorder, too. Why anyone would want one I don't like to think about.

Marino is Mizuno's Stand, basically. Mizuno imagined her to deal with her loneliness, but then her first phase power brought Marino to life.

Her what?

Yeah... next episode will... kind of explain it.

So is that ending in Episode 25 meant to depict the fact that he's trapped in March 21st? Cuz that was really vague, if so.

thats the best place for Asuna.
Then better characters can take the stage.

But they don't. Instead we're subjected to Leafa-chan's why can't I fuck my cousin/brother hour.

Hmm.

I suppose that makes sense. Especially if they used two different phrases in Japanese.

But you don't
fight Izanami
in the normal ending of P4, do you?

I wouldn't know, haha. P4G was the first time I ever played Persona 4, and PKGaming guided me to the True Ending on my first go.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure - Episode 11-15

Seriously, how did Jotaro get more popular then Joseph!? Joseph is interesting as heck to watch, and he makes me laugh. The guy just
lost against a pillar member and plays dead to get away
. Joseph was fighting
another pillar member and lost his hand. I was freaking out here thinking he really lost his hand, and then it was just a prank. Wtf Joseph! XD
Not only that, but he keeps saying what the enemy is going to say before they say it.

I said this before, but I'll say it again. Part 2, has definitely been a better watch then part 1 for me.

Btw, I saw that scene that everyone talks about when mentioning Joseph. The one where he
dresses as a girl to get into a base
. That was pretty funny.

Angel Beats 08

So this computer is
linked to Angel somehow? And if you input new commands she learn them instantly?

Some funny bits in this episode like when
everybody sacrificed themselves to take out the clones.

That's it for tonight. I'll see if I get time to watch more tomorrow.

It's okay. The beginning is a little boring, the it starts hinting something great, some twist,
but then nothing outstanding happen
.

Star Driver 13-

Was a little disappointed in the animation in this fight. The toning and shading reminded me of some Imaishi stuff but the animation itself was a little lacking. The fight also was short as fuck. She got bodied in the first move.

Also everybody on this island wants either Takuto or Sugata's D. They all so #thirsty.

My issue is that Takuto only seems to want one V. And it's the one V that there is no way in hell he's going to take. Fucking reverse love triangle.

He's really not that serious about Wako as a love interest.

I view it as him taking a light-hearted interest in all of it. Just playing along if you will.

No not Leafa but characters deserving of more appearances.

Well this episode was certainly darker than prior ones. Not only in the color palette but also stuff like the music as well. This episode also makes made realize how much I hated the two main villains because of how absolutely scumish both of them are.

Corvo, now that you mention it, they definitely foreshadow it in this episode. And I mean heavily. So yea I guess you're somewhat right.
She definitely exists but doesn't somehow at the same time.
I really didn't remember this twist but it's definitely there.

Also looks like the cat's out of the bag.

Who in the hell's idea was it to let DTL write an episode for this?!!

But oh my god was I laughing, pervo fujioshi was one thing, but the Jojo skit at the end just killed me.

The recap portion was hilarious just for his expressions and comments the whole time even for Rouga and then falling out the chair. I enjoyed it, captured exactly how I look while watching Buddyfight. One thing would be funny if somehow Rouga wasnt actually Wolf, even if both Luminise.

Aibo Buddy Cup was entertaining, team Balle du Soleil is my favorite followed by the Tiger team and then Zanya Kisaragi.

All of my UNF. That Miyakichi too.
This special was pretty great. I enjoyed it more than most of the series. Lots of landlord to be had and Yuno being adorable and the shaft was actually tolerable for the most part.
Also OH GOD UME IS VOICED BY UME AND SHE SPOKE. I JUST HEARD UME-SAMA'S VOICE. UME SAMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

The principle was hilarious this episode too. GOO STUFF.

Is March the unofficial doujin avatar month this year again?
I'd have hoped but the weakened IRC and rise of twitter has kinda made this sort of thing impractical to setup.
