Hunter x Hunter - 05

Yeah this episode was pretty darn good. Main reason being Hisoka's rite of judgment and display of power. He does seem quite fond of Gon. For Gon's sake I hope it stays platonic.
While the wildlife turned out quite harsh for some, I expected them to spend perhaps more than one episode out there. I'm enjoying this quite a lot right now, I hope it keeps up.

Considering my low opinion of Rolling Girls I hope that's mostly to blame on the specific writer(s), director and perhaps budget, so that this isn't an inclination for the second season of AoT.

Also AoT was a collaboration between WIT and Production I.G.and after the success I have to imagine that won't change with S2.

Here's hoping that the production issues won't be nearly as severe. With luck we also get a bit less edgyness? No? Ah fuck.

Problem with the current arc is it happens right after something really great and then this happens which I figured would be covered near the end in half the time this arc has been going on (more then a year, being monthly is the worst part of it since it feels like it's progressing at the pace of a snail)

I always thought the reason Titan got so popular in the West was the first OP (17m views on the highest one, 2-3m on multiple other videos of the OP) and all the parody videos.

The premise and strong opening episodes probably helped too but I wonder how many people dropped it at the boulder

Vol.1 cleared 10k and only 300 behind YYY. It'll probably surpass YYY. It sold 1683 volumes last week so it has insane legs.

Vol.2 is past 9k and still having stock issues so it'll end up past 10k.

This is PA Works 2nd best selling work. Angel Beats is #1.

Very deserving. I hope it continues to go up. It warms my heart to see such a well produced and passionate show succeeding in the current market.

I love intrigue, but it doesn't do me much good if I don't even know who the potential suspects are. In any case, the episode was pretty good overall. Tsubaki needs to go on a asskicking spree.
