Wireless Controllers?

I know the Wavebird is where it's at on the Cube, but what about the PS2? I've heard good things about the Logitech Cordless Action controller, but there seems to be at least two versions of it floating around.

opinions/suggestions/recommendations?

I've been pretty happy with the Hori Anashin 2:

Been using it for close to a year I think; no problems, feels a lot like the Dual Shock in every way (minus the shitty D-pad)...

If you're going the Logitech route, go with the ones labeled precision I believe. They are the newer design and they are supposedly lighter.

You do realize he asked for a PS2 wireless, and NOT a Gamecube wireless?

Right?

Cool! *removes shades*

HEY! This is an interweb forum! Let's not start going easy on those who make little mistakes. Immediate crucifixion for all who fail!

I once bought a pelican wireless PS2 controller. If your going to buy one, stay well, well away from the pelican one.

No, this is a GAMING FORUM ON THE INTERNET. That makes it even more crucial that we get all those who fail. Great justice demands it.

Since my sarcasm detector is not working well today, I want to be clear that I used the parodic nonsense word 'interweb' on purpose. I don't want anyone thinking I fucked up while making fun of someone else. :D

Whoa, I was just about to open mine and I dont see anything that says percision. Where can see what it should look like?

Get the Cordless Action for the PS2 (check out ign for their review). I'd be nice if we could play wireless controllers across other systems... but unfortunately, there aren't any adapters for those yet (even console-pc).

If you hav an X-Box, might be better off skipping their 'critically acclaimed' Cordless Precision altogether.

The Cordless Action Controller IMHO is the best wireless controller for the PS2...I want to get one myself but I'll wait until they redesign the controller plug so that it fits flush with the PSTwo.

I'd suggest going with the Logitech (as I've said in other threads...)

You're right about the 2 versions, with the newer version being WAY better than the old one (the old one was pretty much unusable).

Check the bottom of the packaging, if it says " (c) 2004 " on it, it's the newer one and you're gtg.

My friends and I have been using this controller for a few months now, w/ very few complaints (all overshadowed by it being wireless).
