Are gone. I staggered out of that place like an idiot, and barely remember most of today. Outside of the needle into my hand.

...But now, I get to enjoy being a bum for damn near a week, and I just got my new laptop replaced (LCD horizontal line popped up within weeks of purchase), reformatted, and set up. Also, I've got Devil May Cry 3 to get into and a girlfriend to stop by and watch movies and shit with me.

Life is good.

I hate you. I had all three of my wisdom teeth yanked while I was in basic training for the Marine Corps. That fucking sucked. They dont put you under, just the needle. Then its off to the races.

Oh man, that would suck. It hurt enough earlier today, after the procedure, and I'm not the biggest wimp on the planet or anything. Ouch.

I got my four wisdom teeth pulled out about 4 months ago. They numbed my mouth. I felt no pain, but I couldn't talk right. The scary part was the massive bleeding for 2 days. After that I was good as normal.

Yeah, I got like one day, well 12 hours, and then it was back to work. It was during admin week so it wasn't that intense, I worked in the kitchen and then the laundry, but it still sucked.

You're lucky dude, when I got all 4 out, they didn't have my medication ready for almost 24 hours.......

You know the sheer pain I went through for almost a full day!!!! Sharp seering pain all through my skull and down my spine. I was in the damn fetal position for hours on end. That and I swelled up like a damn chipmunk hardcore....

But once I got meds I was a happy happy drugged up guy. It's awesome how much sympathy your girlfriend will give you when your so out of it and look like you got hit in the face by a truck!!

Yikes. I had min chiseled out because they were impacted. I then had three dry sockets, then an infected jaw line, in sequence. Had to go back in seven times, bled for six weeks straight and had my jaw wired shut for two months. Your basic all around nightmare.

Still can't open my mouth very far, due to all the scar tissue.

Mine were pretty easy. The anesthetic they gave me was one ingredient removed from LSD. I was really fucked up all morning. That night, I was loaded up with vicodin and kicked the shit out of my friends in Mario Party. Oh my god, that was like 2 years ago now. I feel so old. :/

When I got mine removed, it wasn't so much pulled as cut out. They had to hack up my gums pretty bad since the tooth was stuck really deep into the bone. I had to get tons of stitches, I couldn't open my mouth or eat solid food for 2 weeks, at times I felt so much pain I thought I would faint. Even drugs didn't help much.

My four wisdom teeth just grew in, had them for almost 8-10 years now, no problems, haven't had to take them out, apparently there was room. Knock on wood.

I can feel a tooth finally coming in on the top-right of my mouth. I was really hoping it was going to come in straight and I wouldn't need it taken out, but it's coming straight out of the right side of my gumline. I should be fine for a while, a few years at least I bet, and honestly I'm sort of looking forward to getting some kind of surgery.
