I'd like to know what the people at Nintendo are thinking sometimes. If they've already gone through that much of the process and spent that much money on a project, why not go ahead and release it?
Isn't this what happened with the original Mother and they just didn't think the game would sell well enough to be worth the cost of manufacturing the carts/packaging + advertising?
