Wait, is he the black guy or the fat white guy from that Kingsman 2 biggest PR ever video?
Both, thanks to the best CGI and makeup that money can buy.

A man obsessed with conspiracy theories becomes a target after one of his theories turns out to be true. Unfortunately, in order to save himself, he has to figure out which theory it is.
That brief summary makes the film sound way more interesting than it really is. It has its moments(spoilers, obviously) and Mel gives a pretty good performance, but the film never really gets fun enough or tense enough or crazy enough.I've never even heard of Conspiracy Theory but this synopsis on IMDb is making me gigglesnort.

Who wants to bet there'll be a new Star Wars trailer tomorrow?
Stop making senseWouldn't we have heard news about a MPAA rating?
there was far more compelling character drama in that last one than rise, and arguably even dawn.
Locally Inhumans in IMAX and the Close Encounters re-release in RPX have sold the same amount of tickets for tonight.
Six.
Have six refunds at the ready.
Definitely more character drama, but it was hardly compelling. Every scene of dialogue felt too long with little payoff and the plot having so much contrivance made me care even less.
I loved the second movie as well. Such a shame.
The largest chain, AMC Entertainment, with 11,083 screens in 1,009 theaters, has been hit hardest, its shares dropping a dramatic 45 percent since Memorial Day while the Dow Jones Industrial Average has gained nearly 4 percent.
Holy shit.
That has to be more than just a bad summer.
Seems like there are plenty of decent performers at the box office, it it just the flop of Pirates/Transformers/Mummy to blame? The superhero movies all did well and a lot of smaller movies exceeded expectations.
Best summer for movies in years and it ends up being the worst for the box office
Lmao
First rule of the box office:
Deserve's got nothin' to do with it
Any reviews for big movies dropping soon? That GDT movie should get some reviews soon, right?
Shape of Water? I've seen some reviews out already, but that's a holiday release
Holy shit.

AMC may be a decent short term stock buy now. This is the lowest it has been in a few years, and when things magically recover at the box office this fall, I can see it rebounding. Maybe not to March Levels, but better than "lowest summer gross in 10 years" levels.
Buy now, sell after the Last Jedi's second weekend
(Or more realistically, in January when the q4 reports drop.)
Theater count estimate for IT is 4000+, so it's probable it gets the widest ever release for an R-rated film.

I think that may be Enchanted 2 (Disenchanted).Disney Live Action movie (Maleficent 2? I don't know what would be in production fast enough to go there)

No one wants to go to Bronsonia

They're releasing the Sicario sequel in June? Why? Totally feels like a fall release to me.
Cars 3 is getting a huge theatre bump from 214 venues to 2445 venues this weekend. I doubt interest will be that great, but it will push the film past 150M domestic.
Wait, are you missing a zero in there somewhere?Cars 3 is getting a huge theatre bump from 214 venues to 2445 venues this weekend. I doubt interest will be that great, but it will push the film past 150M domestic.
Nothing is coming out so theatre drops are tiny. The Nut Job is the biggest loser with 439 venues, followed by Wonder Woman with 402.
I think that may be Enchanted 2 (Disenchanted).
That makes sense, but I don't think we've gotten an official announcement of it going into production yet (it has a director, but I don't even think Amy is officially attached to it yet).

Per that article, it was scheduled to go into production this year and all of the original cast will be returning. That makes sense, but I don't think we've gotten an official announcement of it going into production yet (it has a director, but I don't even think Amy is officially attached to it yet).
