From developers comments it will be similar to the return to castle.

Single player? The occult, Nazis, wierd WWII technology, etc.

Multiplayer? Bad Assery. Seriously, RTCW is the best damn multiplayer game ever. Objective based games featuring different classes of characters each with their own abilities and weapons. It's incredibly fun and it's the reason that people are excited about a sequel. The single player is just...there.
